The tailoring process for each piece takes 7 days, and may extend up to 20 days (excluding Friday and Saturday).

• During peak seasons, the processing time may extend up to 30 days.
• International delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
• We do not accept order cancellations or modifications after payment has been completed, and refunds are not available.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 working days.

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing defect, noting that we do not ship any item with a manufacturing defect or size error.

All pieces are tailored based on the customer’s request, so please ensure the correct size before placing the order. Completing the order signifies full agreement to the store’s terms and policies.

If an item is delivered in a different size than the one selected in the order, we will cover all return or replacement costs and provide the customer with a 10% discount code for future orders.
